Swedish Residential Development Fund

Welcome to the website of the Swedish Residential Development Fund N.V., the SRD Fund, an innovative open end investment fund, exclusively focusing on development of residential real estate in Sweden. Due to the solid Swedish economic outlook and a structural shortage of apartments the Swedish housing market is potentially very lucrative for investors.

The Fund meets the governance requirements of institutional investors, but is also accessible for private investors. The Dutch tax authorities have granted the Fund the status of Vrijgestelde Beleggingsinstelling (“VBI” / Tax Exempt Investment Institute), implying that no corporate and no dividend tax is due.

Sponsor of the SRD Fund is Charter Real Estate B.V. (CRE), an independent initiator and manager of investment funds, which invest in the development of domestic real estate in Sweden.
CRE has successfully realized several residential projects in metropolitan Stockholm and Gothenburg.
